How can we make large property portfolios more energy efficient using data?
We are researching the possibility of data-driven energy profiling of properties, with the aim of identifying energy efficiency measures, deviations within properties and comparisons between them. We depend on relevant property data historically and in real time. The challenges with this are the access, quality assurance and interpretation of data for our purposes. Therefore, we want to share experiences from you who work with property systems and are interested in data management and sharing. Your input can contribute to the research!
Our project staff Christer Åhlund, Saguna Saguna and Zahraa Shahid hosted the workshop, which was fully booked.
Most participants experienced major problems in accessing correct and relevant data. Some collected a lot of data, but did not know how to use it.
