Study visit at C4 Energy in Kristianstad

C4 Energi is a subsidiary of Kristianstad Municipality, and consists of four companies:

• C4 Energi
• C4 Elnät
• Kristianstad biogas
• Effektbolaget (50%)

Many companies in Kristianstad have names that start with C4. This is because the Danish King Christian IV founded the city, (he whom we in Sweden call Christian the Tyrant).

C4 Energi is also a non-profit partner in the ENiSDA project, and invited the project to a study visit on 30/9.

They work in the following areas:

We visited Allöverket, which is a combined heat and power plant.
